Overview

The steps involved in identifying follow-on actions are:

Project Issues that are pending (i.e. not dealt with by the Project Board) should be taken and sorted into two groups:

  • Future actions for the team taking over the maintenance
  • Those to be turned into Project Mandates for enhancement projects.

The Post Project Review should be planned to assess achievements of the benefits outlined in the Business Case. The plan should define:

  • What benefits are to be measured and when
  • How those benefits can be measured
  • Who and what skills types are needed to carry out the benefit measurements.
