Overview

When a Work Package is completed (i.e. when all products have been handed over to Configuration Management) the Project Manager must be informed by the Team Manager. This sub process has 3 elements:

Tips

  • In a contractor environment acceptance of a Work Package or its product(s) could be a sign off for payment(s) to be made. The recipient should ensure quality checks have been made.
  • When a Work Package has a number of products with varing completion dates it may be some time before the Project Manager is informed that the Work Package has been delivered. i.e. the Project Manager is informed once the last product is accepted.
  • Is there anything that could be added to the Lessons Learned Log?
