Overview
A Programme has its own organisational structure termed Programme Management. Programme Management allocates project Tolerances to the Project Board and co-ordinates company or programme wide administration. Where a project is forecast to be large, with many outcomes having a common goal or result it is often best to manage these collectively as a Programme.
