Overview

The Team Manager is responsible for creating the Team Plan which includes all the aspects of a plan as outlined in the process PL Planning.

When PL4 Estimating it may be appropriate to use 'bottom up' estimation (that is, estimate each product and build together a figure for the whole plan).

The Team Plan is at the level below the Stage Plan. Being at the lowest level it has the shortest time frame and therefore the most detail.

A contractor's Team Plan may form part of a Stage Plan.

It is an input of SB Managing Stage Boundaries and MP1 Accepting a Work Package. The Team Plan should contain a Quality Plan, to be incorporated into the Project Quality Plan if necessary.
